Booji Beauty Bar & Co. Membership Terms and Conditions

The Booji Beauty Membership ("Membership") is a recurring subscription service offered by Booji Beauty Bar & Co. ("Booji Beauty") to provide our valued customers with exclusive benefits on products and services. By enrolling in any Booji Beauty Membership, members (referred to as "Members") agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Features & Benefits
Each Booji Beauty Membership offers a variety of perks such as discounted services, product savings, and more. The specific details, including discount percentages, service inclusions, and rollover or sharing capabilities, vary by membership type and are listed in the membership offer. Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically unless canceled by the Member.

Membership Perks

• Discounts & Services: The percentage discount on services and products varies based on the specific membership package.
• Rollover & Sharing: Membership benefits, including rollover of services or the ability to share with another Booji Beauty guest, are only applicable if explicitly stated in the membership offer.
• Expiration & Usage: Each membership outlines the specific expiration terms for services and perks. Some services may expire monthly, while others may roll over. Refer to the membership description for details.

Payments & Billing

• Auto-Pay: All Memberships are billed via automatic payments on a recurring monthly basis. The monthly charge will be processed on or around the same day of the month as the original purchase.
• Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled at any time without penalty. To cancel, submit a cancellation request via Booji Beauty’s website, app, or contact form at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests will take effect within 3 business days of receipt.
• Refunds & Unused Benefits: Unused services, discounts, or perks cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and must be used within the stated period. Any unused services that roll over will expire within 90 days of membership cancellation unless otherwise specified in the membership terms.

Liability & Modifications
Booji Beauty reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, and benefits at any time, as well as the right to terminate a Member's subscription for any reason without prior notice. Booji Beauty also reserves the right to request proper identification before redeeming membership perks.

Payment Changes
It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that accurate billing information is provided and updated. Changes in billing information must be submitted through a new payment form. In the case of membership upgrades, any unused services will roll over to the upgraded membership tier, and the new membership rate will be applied to the next billing cycle.

Surcharges & Fees
A 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions. Debit card transactions are exempt from this fee.
